General Information for Certificate

Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 25 Medical Knowledge MOC points and Patient Safety MOC credit in the American Board of Internal Medicine's (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.

Please Note:

It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to the ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit. By claiming ABIM MOC points via this form, you authorize Promedica International (the accredited provider) to submit the hours you claimed to the ABIM on your behalf.

In order to ensure that the MOC Points will count toward any MOC requirements for 2025, the form must be submitted by December 19, 2025.

Evaluations received after December 19, 2025 and before March 13, 2026 will continue to be reported to the ABIM and any ABIM Board Certified physician who experienced a negative status change as a direct result of insufficient MOC points will have their status adjusted once the required number of points have been earned.
