CI26 - Fellow Sponsorship Application

Limited travel and registration sponsorships are available for US-based fellows currently enrolled in ACGME-approved programs. The course can accommodate a limited number of eligible fellows, and completed applications will be reviewed in the order received.

Sponsorship Includes

• Up to four (4) nights room, parking, and tax covered at the Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines.
• Economy-class round-trip airfare within the United States, or if local to Southern California, mileage reimbursement and overnight parking at the hotel. Flights will be arranged by the course travel agent.
• Registration for the Cardiovascular Interventions 2026 symposium and all satellite sessions, taking place November 17–20, 2026. Additional nights will be charged at the group rate of $286 plus tax per night.
• Meals associated with the course and provided at the Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines.

Expenses Not Covered

• Hotel incidentals (e.g., room service, minibar fees, movie rentals, etc.).
• Ground transportation to/from the airports.
• Hotel costs outside of four covered nights.
• Meals outside of those provided with the educational activities.

Application Process

Please complete and submit the application form below to be considered for sponsorship. You will be contacted within three (3) weeks regarding your application status and next steps.

Photography Notice

Please note that photography and session recording may occur throughout the event. Attendance at the meeting gives Promedica International CME permission to use photos/video recordings taken at the conference on the conference website and in promotional materials. If you would prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please step outside the camera’s view or speak with staff, who will be happy to assist. By applying to register for this activity, you acknowledge and accept this notice.
