Satellite Sessions
Registrants have the opportunity to RSVP for the satellite events associated with the program through the registration form. Some satellite symposia are accredited and some are non-CME. Non-CME sessions will be clearly marked.

Cancellation & Refund Information
All attendee registration cancellations must be submitted in writing and refunds will be subject to a $100 administration charge. Cancellations cannot be accepted over the telephone. Requests for cancellation must be submitted by October 16, 2026.
